Fair prep work day

After receiving a lot of feedback from parents who would like to give a little extra help, but cannot commit to meetings, we are excited to host a task-specific, family-friendly work day! This will be held on Sunday, November 12th from 10am - 2pm. Drop by for an hour or two (or all day if you'd like!) to help us build, paint, and prep for some of our exciting new crafts and activities planned for this year. We will provide snacks, water, tools, and supplies. Just bring your water bottle and enthusiasm!

Festival Song Circle for Parents

Waldorf festivals are a vital part of our Education. The festivals provide nourishment to the individual and bring the community together in meaningful ways. The festival is an anniversary that brings to a community the richness of story and song, light and food, and celebrates our shared humanity while marking the passage of time. We invite all parents to join us for a morning with Festivals Chair/Music Director Kim Weisheit to learn/refresh ourselves on the songs of Lantern Walk.

Mending Morning

Mending Mornings: September-May

Join us for a morning of Mending and say SO LONG to throw-away culture one stitch at a time.

Bring your clothes, quilts or stuffies in need of repair (button replacement, patching up holes, stitching tears, hemming loose clothing, and more) or pull up a chair to learn (or teach) mending techniques with WSB Fiber Arts Teacher Maren Jung and WSB Parent/Reception Janet Henry. Open to the entire community - not just Waldorf families! Warm drinks and warm conversation provided.
