Caitlin Winegrove, an esteemed educator with over a decade of experience, has left an indelible mark in various schools and settings. Since 2009, she has been shaping young minds in the Baltimore area, initially as an Art teacher for pre-Kindergarten through 5th Grade and now leads as a class teacher in our elementary school.

Graduating magna cum laude from Goucher College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Art & Art History and Secondary Education, Caitlin has continued to expand her knowledge. She completed a post-baccalaureate certificate program in Arts Integration in 2014 and earned her Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts Infusion in 2017, both through Towson University.

Beyond the classroom, Caitlin immerses herself in the outdoors, whether tending to the garden, hiking, camping, or exploring destinations as diverse as Iceland and South Africa. Her passion for creativity extends to developing new skills, cooking, baking, and DIY projects in her old rowhome.

Caitlin's connection to Waldorf education began during a Fulbright Hays program in Cuernavaca, Mexico, where she had the privilege of meeting Andrea Naft, Waldorf's Professional Development Director. Raised in Pennsylvania, Caitlin's childhood experiences in nature and the arts have woven seamlessly into her teaching philosophy, fostering a deep reverence for nature and a lifelong commitment to artistic expression.
