Jaynell Aggrey “Jen-Elle Agg-ree”

Jaynell recently returned home to Baltimore after an enriching period of exploration and study in the Bay Area, California. With over 15 years of experience working with youth from Pre-K through high school, Jaynell has cultivated a deep passion for holistic education and community building.

Their diverse roles have spanned from leading community arts programs to serving as a program lead and counselor at a forest school, where they integrated a love for nature with hands-on learning.

Jaynell is now stepping into the role of Aftercare Program Coordinator at the Waldorf School of Baltimore, where they are eager to contribute to the school's nurturing environment. In addition to their work with children, Jaynell is a dedicated artist, knitter, and music maker who finds inspiration in travel and gardening.
