Kelly is originally from North Carolina, and has lived in California, Mexico, New Hampshire, Maine, Takoma Park and now Baltimore, Maryland. She earned her BA degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Peace and Conflict Studies, and her MEd from Antioch New England with Waldorf certification in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She has worked with young children for many years, in both indoor and outdoor programs. She loves textiles, music, creeks, dogs, a good story; and continues to work for, and carry hope for, a more just and equitable future for all. Kelly joins our school as a Children's Garden Lead Teacher for the 2024-25 school year.
