Britt first joined the Waldorf School of Baltimore community in Parent Child class many years ago with her older daughter, Olivia. Now both her children attend and love the Waldorf School of Baltimore elementary school. Britt is also Vice Chair of the Parents Association for the Lower School. 

Britt grew up in Massachusetts, attended McGill University in Montreal and then went on to Wake Forest University School of Law. While practicing, Britt worked for the House of Ruth Maryland, representing victims of domestic violence in protective order, divorce and custody cases. 

Britt enjoys knitting, crafting, cooking, traveling and skiing with her family.
