Lida Lawrence graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. Honors in American History and holds membership in the Phi Beta Kappa Honors society.  She holds an Associate of Science in Holistic Healthcare from the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego, CA.  She has been teaching in early childhood settings for the last seventeen years including Baltimore City Public Schools, her own home day care and private schools.  She has been both lead teacher and assistant in the Children’s Garden.  Her sons, Josiah and Isaac, attended the Waldorf School of Baltimore.  She loves spending time with neighbors in the Coldspring Newtown community, exploring Cylburn Arboretum, running, cooking and enjoying city life in Baltimore.
