Kathleen, a distinguished graduate Cum Laude from Towson University in 2001 with a BA in Elementary Education, brings a wealth of experience to her role at The Waldorf School of Baltimore (WSB). Complementing her education, Kathleen completed a year-long Math teaching course, Mathworks, under the guidance of master teacher Linda Eberhardt.
Before joining WSB, Kathleen dedicated a decade to teaching in grades 1-5 within the Baltimore public school system. Her commitment to education expanded beyond the classroom, where she designed STEM-inspired art activities for a non-profit, creating after-school and summer enrichment programs for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade.
Kathleen's journey with WSB began as a Children's Garden Assistant, demonstrating her dedication to the school's holistic approach. She later embraced the role of Class Teacher with the 8th Grade Class of 2028 in 2020, nurturing their educational journey since their 1st-grade year. Kathleen's passion for education, coupled with her innovative teaching methods, enriches the WSB community and fosters a love for learning in her students.
