Jonathan Prozzi is a parent of Sam Funk, a Class of 2022 Waldorf Alum. Jonathan is originally from Pittsburgh and moved to Baltimore to attend Loyola University where he graduated with a double major in Philosophy and History.

Jonathan has been involved in the non-profit technology education sphere through work with Digital Harbor Foundation as well as community involvement with the Mozilla Foundation, open-source technology, and the IndieWeb movement.

Jonathan is passionate about teaching creativity and problem-solving through technology, digital literacy, and using technology for social good. The Waldorf philosophy and mission resonates deeply with Jonathan, as he believes that developing lifelong learners able to creatively problem-solve is crucial for success. He serves his first term as Board President starting in August 2023.
