Haley graduated with a B.A. in Elementary Education from Wheaton College in 2010.  She co-founded a Waldorf parent-child playgroup in Omaha, Nebraska in 2015 which, flourishing, grew into full preschool program in which she was the Lead Teacher.

Upon relocating in 2018-19 Haley was privileged to spend a year as a kindergarten assistant at a Waldorf school in Lawrence, Kansas.  Haley enjoys cooking, gardening, and going for walks with her three children, who also attend the Waldorf School of Baltimore. In 2023 she leads the Songbird pre-K class.
