Back to School Night for all parents. Children's Garden section meets at 5:30pm in the Garden Level and joins the grade school parents at 7pm in the Eurythmy Room.

A Waldorf Book Club open to all and hosted by Noris Friedman. Please email Noris to be included in the group emails. October 4 isession s canceled due to Michaelmas reschedule. Next session meets October 11. 

Orientation for parents of all Children’s Gardens parents/guardians, all 1st Grade parents/guardians and all parents/guardians of new students grades 2 to 8.

This is your time to meet the Executive Director, Academic Director and other key members of the faculty and staff as we discuss important practical aspects of school life. 

Do you have questions about starting at Waldorf? Do you want to know more about forms you need to complete before school starts? Do you want to know more about school life at Waldorf? If so, use our New Parent Drop-in time to bring your questions.

This time is available for all new families who wish to drop off forms and/or ask any general questions about Waldorf and starting school. 

All those who wish to Drop-In are welcome. 

Please note: this is a drop-in and is not the formal Parent Orientation at 5:30 to 7:15pm. Both events are for adults only.

The Children's Garden opens for the 2016-17 school year on Thursday, September 1, for the 5-day program and on Tuesday, September 6 for the 3-day program.

Opening Assembly where rising 1st graders are greeted by 8th graders and led to join their class. Open to all. Location TBD.

Michel Anderson (Ecoliteracy & Sustainability Coordinator, Nature Studies Teacher, and Forest Aftercare Coordinator) will be discussing the importance of immersing children in nature, and how the emerging philosophy of Ecoliteracy is infused into our Waldorf curriculum.
