Parents will be walked through practical questions about life at school, for example, the new drop-off and dismissal procedures, what your child needs to bring to school each day, any remaining COVID protocols, and new plans for the school year. Please plan on at least one parent from each family attending as some things have changed.

Get crafty with early childhood teachers from Waldorf School, go on a family nature scavenger hunt, experience the magic of bubbles with Angelo and Marie’s Fantastic Bubble Show, join the drum circle with musicians from Stages Music Arts, and more! Plus you’ll get to explore the gorgeous outdoor classrooms and play spaces at Waldorf School and nosh on healthy snacks.

We will be celebrating the legacies of Pat Whitehead, Nina Jones and Edna Emmet with a casual pot-luck party in the pavilion. Please park on the  street not down the driveway. Over 21s only please.

Beverages and desserts will be provided.

First grade Families meet the First Grade Teacher, Ms Caitlin Winegrove and enjoy a light tea in the First Grade Classroom.

The Waldorf School is hosting a closing for the Alumni Art Exhibition on Sunday, June 5th, in celebration of the school's 50th Birthday. Curated by, and featuring the works of Ms. Edna Emmett, this exhibition includes diverse works from multiple generations of  artists who all share the same foundational beginning at the Waldorf School of Baltimore.

2-4pm - tour the show

4-5pm - Artists may collect their artwork.
