Food Drive

We will collect non-perishable food for local families in need for two weeks ahead of Thanksgiving break.

Our annual fundraiser will be live online for hopefully the last time.

Festival of Courage-1pm-3pm-Students Only

Thursday, September 30th, Elementary Students will partake in a COVID-safe Festival of Courage featuring our traditional Michael and the Dragon pageant and afternoon activities fostering courage and community. 

This year, we regret, we are unable to invite parents on campus to attend the festivities.  However, we will be sending you a visual recap for all to enjoy. 
 
WHAT TO WEAR & BRING:
On the day of the pageant your child should:

Saturday Parent Child Class-9:30am-11:30am

For Children 10 months to 3 years. Our Parent & Child classes are designed to help parent/guardians better understand and care for their young child, while teaching toddlers how to interact in small group settings. Relevant topics, such as childhood nutrition, sleep patterns, and the importance of creating healthy and harmonious rhythms are also discussed.

Due to the pandemic this program will be held outdoors and will have very limited spaces for registration.

Waldorf 101-2pm

Are you interested in exploring educational options for your preschool - eighth grader?

Join our digital Waldorf 101 class and get all of your questions about Waldorf education in Baltimore answered.

Learn more about our unique approach to engaging students through their head (intellectual involvement in a subject), hands (experiencing a subject by doing), and heart (living into a subject in an emotional sense to connect it to a broader narrative), fostering the desire for lifelong learning. A link to log into the class will be sent to participants after registration.

8:45am Opening Assembly (including 1st Grade Welcoming Ceremony w/ 8th Grade)

All parents are warmly invited to join us for a moment of community and connection as we launch into the new school year at the 2022-23 Opening Assembly on Wednesday, August 24th at 8:45am. 

Weather permitting, this brief ~30 minute program will take place on outside on the plaza and serves to warmly welcome elementary students to back to school, while also introducing and/or reacquainting them with WSB teachers. 

Opening Day Drop Off: 

Back to School Night- All Parent Evening-6:30pm

Back to school night is for all parents and will include some general information and time with your child's class teacher. Please plan to attend. Zoom link to follow.
