Drawing from life

 A six-session, afternoon still-life drawing class taught be Zachary Thornton, Faculty sponsor: Edna Emmet.
Tuesdays from 3:30-5, February 5 – March 12.  Cost $100. Fee includes supplies.

Children’s Chorus of Maryland (CCM) comes annually to audition our students on site.  Open to all who are interested, but must be pre-booked.

CCM sends a letter to be distributed to parents by the school. CCM manages all bookings of the auditions, and Susan Bialek, CCM director, uses the Music Room to conduct the interviews.

We will continue the Waldorf Robotics Afterschool Program in the Art Room for a fourth year.  The program will be guided by Alumni parent David Freitag and Edna Emmet.  Mr. Freitag is a process chemical engineer who is committed to offering young people opportunities to develop skills in science and technology.

Robotics Afterschool Program open to Grades 7-8

Start Date: Tuesday, February 4, and will run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 3:30-5:00 PM for twelve sessions. Last class will be on Wednesday, March 13.

Cost: $100

This event has been canceled. 8th grade performs their Eurythmy story in Tamarind Hall in the full Eurythmy assembly the following day.
